Where does Kemble have properties?
We have homes across the county of Herefordshire. Unfortunately if you wish to live in an area where we do not have any properties we will be unable to help you and will advise you about other organisations who could help. Most of our homes in villages are only available for people who have a local connection with the area. Usually this means that you must live or work in the area, or have relatives living there. Please ask us to confirm that you can be considered for a home in a village before you apply for one of these areas.

How do I apply to join the waiting list?
Kemble Housing is a partner in a scheme called Home-Point which is a way of being able to choose where you live. Obviously there are still rules about who we can help and how but with this new scheme, operated by Herefordshire Home-Point, means that once you are registered you can search for a property from 9 different associations and Herefordshire Council.
To find out more about the scheme visit the Home-Point web site
www.home-point.info or ring them on
01432 359500.
We can arrange to have an application form posted by visiting our office in Berrington Street or calling us on
01432 377900 and we will give you a housing application form. You can also write to us giving us an address where you would like us to send a form or e-mail us.
