Kemble Housing Association Limited is registered with the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), a government agency which supervises and provides funding and guidance to housing associations.

The homes we provide include flats, houses, retirement homes and shared supported housing in cities, towns and villages exclusively within the County of Herefordshire. Most of our village homes are only available for people who have a local connection with the area. While most of our properties are rented, a few are part-owned by the people who live in them. The rents we charge are intended to be affordable for people with low incomes.

About a thousand people apply to us for housing each year and although we manage in excess of 1000 properties we only have about 100 vacancies each year. Our properties are advertised through Herefordshire Home Point which is a partnership between ourselves, Hereford Council and 9 other housing associations who provide accommodation within Herefordshire.
