Kemble Housing strongly support residents who wish to set up Residents’ Associations to represent the interests of those living on the different estates that we manage.

Being able to work with Residents’ Associations allows us to explore ways of tailoring our services to meet our residents' needs more accurately.

So whether you are part of a well-established group or you want to find out how to set up a new group in your area we can offer you support, such as:

• Helping to set up your group
• Working with you to produce posters, flyers and newsletters to promote your group
• Providing a suitable constitution for you group
• Helping to get other residents interested in joining your group
• Assisting you to carry out consultations within your area
• Help to organise local events
• Contacting other agencies who may be able to help you deliver your objectives
• Making sure that the appropriate officers from Kemble Housing attend your meetings
• Providing training to help run your group
• Provide an Annual Grant to help run your group, subject to certain conditions
• Being able to submit bids to our Environmental Improvements Fund
• The opportuntiy for your group to send a representative to the Kemble Customer Panel
• Ongoing support and training
