Kemble Housing recognises the importance of being able to better respond to the needs of the communities it serves and provide a range of process to ensure that diverse minority groups and communities are not disadvantaged in any way.
Kemble provides Equality and Diversity training for all employees, Board Members and contractors.
The training helps people to understand the legal and policy context of Equality and Diversity and to consider the implications surrounding this area. Everyone is provided with an understanding of how to promote Equality and Diversity through good work practices and identify how best to provide a service that enables access for all.
