Your Rights

If we hold personal information about you, you have the right to view this information.
If you want to view your information you should contact Kemble Housing on 01432 377 900. There is a £10 charge for this service to help towards administration costs and we will respond to you within 40 days of receiving your completed request form and £10 fee.

You have the right to know what and why information is collected, why it is used and who the information may be shared with. You can also get information from the Information Commissioners office by visiting www.ico.gov.uk or calling its advice telephone line 016 2554 5745.
