Transfers
Any resident who wishes to transfer to another empty property managed by Kemble or another partner association within WM Housing Group can be accepted onto our transfer list.
Please contact your Housing Officer for more information on 
01432 377 900 if you would like to apply for a transfer.
Residents, who are in breach of their tenancy conditions such as rent arrears or disrepair to their property as a result of their own actions, will be accepted onto the transfer list, but they will be advised that no offer of accommodation will be made until the breaches of tenancy are resolved. However, in certain cases of tenancy breaches a transfer may be offered at our discretion if the residents housing need is so great that staying in the existing accommodation would be detrimental to them.
