At Kemble Housing we are committed to helping you get what you are entitled to. We are working in partnership with Herefordshire CAB who have a Money Advice Worker who can give you free, confidential help with making sure that you have all of the income that you are entitled to. If you have problems with debt, they can help you by referring you to one of their colleagues in the Debt Advice Team at the CAB.

The Money Advice Worker will help you to review your finances which includes:

• A benefits entitlement check to see if you are eligible for housing benefit, council tax benefit, working tax credits, child tax credits, child benefits to name but a few
• Offer and advice on re-negotiating re-payment plans for both priority and non-priority debts
• Talking to the housing benefit section to make sure that you are claiming the correct level of housing benefit
• Signposting you to other agencies who may be able to help you where appropriate
