Important: Residents are no longer able to pay their rent using PAYzone outlets, unless the outlet also processes PayPoint transactions. Please use the other methods for paying your rent:

  • by Direct Debit
  • at any Post Office or PayPoint using your rent payment card
    (swipe card)
  • via the internet, using a debit card and your Allpay swipe card
  • by telephone using a debit card and your Allpay swipe card
    (Dial 0870 770 0472)
  • by debit card at Kemble's office
  • direct to us from your local housing benefit office, if you are entitled to benefit. 

 

Kemble Housing Scrutiny Panel
A small group of customers known as the Scrutiny Panel, will be working with Kemble's Assistant Director and Board Members to help provide a better understanding of how customers experience the service from their landlord.

We are now looking for more members, so if you are interested in feeding ideas into the Scrutiny Panel or becoming a member, please contact: Karen Pritchard, Assistant Director on 01432 377900.
